Module Repair

PCT's module repair service includes two week turnaround and is warranted for ninety days from the time the equipment is put into service, or for one year from the delivery date, whichever occurs first. Modules are thoroughly system tested before shipping. PCT has developed a relay tester for the NPS D/3^® and S/3 AIRTP panels.

Computer Maintenance

System maintenance consists of full on site service or on site telephone support, available 24 hours, for users who maintain their own systems.

For the D/3^® System, PCT can supply new PCT and refurbished D/3^® materials for repair or add on. We supply Cabinetry, PCM's, MUX Chassis, Token Ring, Ethernet, Cables, CPU's, I/0 Modules, DEC Systems, GPX I0 Switches, all Power Supplies, Power Supply Testers, PLC Interfaces, PLC Systems, Monitors and Upgrades for OCM Units.
